Q: It has been 3 years since the project got completed. They still continue to release STP waste into open storm water drain. This shows Rohan Jharoka's sheer irresponsibility and indifference towards their surroundings. May be this what they meant by NO-NEIGHBORS concept!!!!

Q: Hi, Was planning to buy a flat in Jharokha 2. Will be a really great help if someone can throw some light on the following queries:1. Is the Khata transfer A done for the current occupants?2.
