Q: Hi,
I am interested with your residential apartment. Please inform me about availability and the rate of the flats.

Latest Answer: I am not much concerned on the material quality of the building. But regarding the builder I would say that he is a big fraud and does not provide the aminities and other stuff as promised and also in time. It is always better to go for a ready to move in than wait for the mercy of this guy. He never keeps his word and once you are in dont expect them to give your concerns or demands any respect. Also the new Annexe is so cramped when compared to Splendour. The reliability part of the builder and his employees is hopeless.
