Q: I am not sure about other building societies but Vardhman Gardenia is a sheer looter and cheater.. The project started in June 2008, the initial cost was 16 Lacs for a 2BHK(930 Sq ft), I took the construction plan to pay out the amount with the progress in construction, they promised to provide the posession within 3 years(i.e. by June-dec 2011) but they are now providing the possession after an additional 2 years. Also, the biggest loss, they initially told that amount you have to pay would be 16 lacs and now in total I have paid 26 lacs to them, if in case I would have invested the same amount in bank i would have got more than the current value of the property. They are sheer looters and cheaters !! People should unite and take action against them. They have not at all included the penalty they promised to pay in case of the delay. Looting the general and innocent public openly.Piyush
