Review about SMB infra pvt. real estate ltd in indore!
Q: I have bought a plot in premium pride by pragati developers indore,through SMB indra real estate pvt. ltd.
After paying 40 % amount,they are asking me to pay the remaining amount in cash as this includes....well as said "2 no ki kamai".
They hv promised that the receipt given to me will be of the full amount paid by me.
Is something wrong here?Please tell me asap.

Your only payment obligations after you've bought a house for cash involve things like property taxes, assessments and home maintenance. Your fully owned house can be used to pull cash from if you need to do so. Gifting your home to your children or to a trust also is easier when there's no mortgage on it.

Q: I am planning to buy a plot in premium pride project by pragati developer indore,marketed by smb infra real estate ltd. indore.In their map,they have shown their project sanctioned by memo no. 9774 dated 20/12/13.
Is is safe to buy plot in this place.please tell me,im in deep confusion!!
