WIll this project ever be complete?
Q: The project is still incomplete since 2014. The bores are already dried up, only 1 lift works at a time. Parking is not allocated yet. Land owner rents the parking space as if its his own. The building is not handed over yet.

BBMP Khata B Properly
Q: I am planning to purchase "Balaji Sunflower" 3 BHK flat.

AS per the properly dealer communication, The area where the construction is going on it is "A" Khata but when I will by the flat the it would be transfer individually with my name as "B" Khata. Please let me what is cause. Should I purchase this properly.

Latest Answer: The project is delayed by more than 2 years and still incomplete. There is an ongoing issue between the builder and the land owner regarding the entrance and the gate.
