Latest Answer: I'm living in Tulip Apartment for past 1year. The construction quality is pathetic, and the maintenance is even worse. It is like a hell, once u start staying here you will get to know that the maintenance here is like that of sarkari colony. And I have seen the situation is same in all of their projects. So please think twice before regretting your decision.

Q: what would be the tentative possession time for Tulip Violet? And until when is the sector road supposed to be constructed there?

Latest Answer: Dear Ms. Reema, The prices in Tulip violet are from Rs. 5800-Rs 6500 depending upon on choice of 3 or 4 BHK and demand by seller. Tulip has done well in Gurgaon market in their projects like Tulip Orange, Tulip Petals by delivering the projects on time. Same is expected in project Violet from them. Further regarding sector roads, these are expected to take another 9-12 months time. Definitely then the project will be a great place to live. Further there are other options on Sohna road. Let me know your requirement and budget to help you support better.
