Q: Can anyone tell me if it is better to buy it for 65 lacs?

Latest Answer: If you are buying from them think twice. They are either financially very weak and unable to deliver or just cheating people. TVH Vista Heights in Coimbatore - Tower 8 and 9 are more than 7yrs delay. They still have not fully delivered. Further they refuse to pay delay compensation and keep saying we are working on it. For gods sake, does it so many years? I wish high court or supreme court or government agency(hopefully not in the pocket of promoters of TVH) take a suo motu case against and bring justice to thousands left hanging by N Ravichandran

Q: Hey! I am planning to buy an apartment in Coimbatore and most of my recommendations are for the TVH Vista Heights on Trichy road. Is it as good as it sounds and will it be worth my money? Can someone give me the details regarding the price, facilities, area, BHK, etc?

Latest Answer: Hi ...TVH Vista Heights is surely a good choice, considering various positive aspects of this location on the main Trichy Road, vicinity to railway station/airport and educational institutions on parallel Avinashi Road. A mega project in Coimbatore for now would take some more time to complete the entire 12 Towers as planned and once done this is surely going to be a good return on investment !!

Status of TVH Vista Heights
Q: There are rumours regarding the project stoppage? could any one clarify the status as on date? There are news about the project being stopped due to land issues and other corporation violations, please need clarification on all the legal issues

Latest Answer: I have not talked to any owners, but there is a wide talk in coimbatore when I visted there last week Another mega project (Mint Homes) was stopped and the builders werte arrested for corporation violations in construction I just want to hear more about TVH-Vista Highs kumar

Q: hw much a 2bhk cost ???

Latest Answer: It is around 68 lacs now and going to be 75 lacs after diwali (november 2015) as per the employees of TVH. But the rate 68 lacs is from June 2015 as per their printed sheet.
