No progress in Tower B1 in Unihomes 3, Sector-113, Noida. I have booked my two units in Unitech Golf and Country Club. I had booked a 3BHK flat in 2007 for Rs 1.5 crore with a promise of delivery in 2009 but the builder has failed to deliver flats or answer our questions pertaining to the delivery of flats. Our family has gone through a financial crisis due to the investment in this project but the builder never bothered to deliver on his promise.

Did you discuss with the builder on possession of your flat? What is he saying now? You can also visit the project site and collect some useful information and share with us. I have seen that many property portals are saying the possession has whereas, some portals are indicating the possession date by September 2019.

Now-a-days it is very easy to check the builders credentials. Type the builder name in google and you will find out many reviews either related to their project or their delivery history.
