Q: Myself Hansraj Thengal, Even I am Runwal Infinity Customer, I recieved a phone call from Runwal Infinity office and they are demanding the Present day per sq.ft rate for My Flat. My Legal advisor suggested Me to take legal action on the Builder and I am doing so. Anyone interested in similar action lets Join hands.
Latest Answer: 1) A company named Echofab has purchased 24 flats in building A1. Has filed a case in Bombay High court. 2) About 20 buyers in A1 have filed a consumer case in NCRDC, Delhi and a criminal case in Mumbai against Runwal Constructions in Runwal Infinity. 3) About 22 buyers have filed a complaint in MahaRERA and have gone into appeal in the MahaRERA Appellate tribunal against Runwal Constructions in Runwal Infinity. 4) May have taken stay orders.

Q: HDIL is demanding extra money in cash over and above the agreement amount for giving possession. What can be done in this regard. The builder has delayed the project over 5 years and we have suffered huge loss on account of interest etc.
Latest Answer: @Arun, According to me, you should pay the extra money first and take your flat possession or if you want to wait for the court order you to wait for the verdict or else take possession of the property and fight for the delay in delivery of the possession of the property and ask for compensation.

Latest Answer: HI visited the site yesterday as want to purchase an apartment in fresco...i had basic doubts... when will possesion be given for tower 17 and has tower 15-16 be given possession? have been told that unitech is not giving promised facilities like modular kitchen a/c etc and deducting some amount from final payment to be made? i am really doubtful about the construction quality and have heard that residents are chipping in money to take care of maintaninance???

Q: Think, is builder really responsible for the delay or you as a Indian consumer have encouraged him to behave in the way he is behaving.I would ask you if you were given money say 100 crores at the annual rate of 1.8% per annum with the condition that you should return the money by two years what would you do would return the money at the earliest possible or continue to pay the interest and find excuses for delaying the return so that you can continue to earn extra income from the interest you earn from the bank.

Q: After 50 months of booking a flat in this project, the builder has only completed the basement slab. There is no commitment from the builder as to when the construction will restart.

Q: In spite of the fact that interest at higher rate is charged from consumer for delay and minimal interest is payable by the builder by his own delay.
Latest Answer: This is a cheating and criminal breach. Matter has not been solved yet and Aggarwal alleged that he also filed a complaint before State Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission where a settlement was arrived at, as per which a plot measuring 335 sq-yrd was agreed to be given on further payment of Rs 22.23 lakh.
