Q: The corporations, including MCG, have a resource crisis and are looking for extra funds for their new responsibilities.
Latest Answer: Gud afternoon Navven & Lohit!!!! The MCG has made it clear earlier that it will not be able to maintain these areas with property tax alone and has asked the state government for permission to collect maintenance fees as well. Because of this issue chief minister Manohar Lal Khattar has asked the urban local bodies department to see if the property tax can be revised in order to ensure that funds are generated.

Q: This is a good news for plot owners, who were waiting for building plan approval. Kindly discuss about it guys.
Latest Answer: Hi Yash Panth, Assuming that, construction had been finished on these plots,the house tax and the water tax from these plots could have been charges into cleanliness of city. Authorities have been requested to make sure that all plot owners pass their building plans with the Ghazibad Development Authority within 60 days. Assuming construction does not begin soon on the plots for which building plans have as of now been passed, we will be compelled to take extreme measures.

Latest Answer: Hello all.. selected Councillors have prepared an agenda for imposing House Tax and the agenda proposes House Tax of Rs 1 per square yard. Houses less than 5 marlas, EWS/LIG houses and houses in villages and colonies would be exempted from tax.
