Q: Federation of Housing Societies and Developers in Delhi (Land Pooling Policy) orhttp://www.fedhsdd.org/ the FedHSDD is the need of the hour. FedHSDD is an independent body of real estate developers and housing societies working towards bringing development in Delhi land pooling zones .

Latest Answer: This organisation work at a large and help the common people from fraud cases which are active in Delhi's real estate market. FedHSDD runs several activities and initiatives to connect housing societies and developers to customers, DDA, and different departments and ministries of Delhi and Central Government, on different matters related to land pooling policy and Delhi Master Plan 2021.

Latest Answer: Hi Bhawna, The officers will start getting encroachments removed sector-wise, whereas construction waste and household garbage dumped at various empty plots across the city will be cleared at a mass level. The estate officers will also prepare a month-long encroachment removal plan and send it to the deputy commissioner, to get a duty magistrate and police to help them. They have been asked to conduct a survey of mobile towers and check the distance of towers from residential areas.

You may to assume the risk and put your money, of the DDA day assigns land constructors get your money 2.5-3 times would otherwise remain invest for 10 years to receive the area entirely developed. Latest Answer: Hi Sufia, Delhi Development Authority (DDA) is going to develop about 20 lakh residential units on the outskirts of the Capital on 24,000 hectares of land offering world-class infrastructure. The housing authority will be implementing this gigantic land pooling policy under the supervision of Union Ministry of Urban Development in the coming two months.
