I heard in news that Punjab & Haryana High court rejects petitions against Dwarka Expressway.
Latest Answer: As per news - Out of 100s of SLPs filed before it, Supreme Court admits only about 4 %. The Supreme Court doesn't even hear the other rejected petitions filed before it. It simply means that either a substantial question of law or a question of constitutional importance is involved in the matter admitted.

Q: Want to buy a flat in Victorian County Project of Antrix Society but I am in doubt as it seems a new developer. Please share your experiences with the property developer. Suggest any other good project in Dwarka Phase 2, L-Zone. My budget is 40-60 lakhs.
Latest Answer: HI @@@@ In L zone there only society can sell their project because land status is agriculture so there is no approval so builder can not sell their projects,and keep following points before investing in l zone 1-check registration of society and back ground of promotors, 2 always check the registry paper of land parcel 3-Check the locations of land parcel as it would decide your land.

Latest Answer: Spread over 300 acres of land this township is developed with a mix of residential, commercial and retail offerings. Sectors 88A, 88B and 89A where the project is located are planned residential sectors as per the master plan Gurgaon, 2031 located along Dwarka Expressway and close to fast growing industrial town, Manesar. These sectors are entirely an open vacant land parcel with no infrastructure in place including the network routes. The developer is currently facing numerous allegations, so investors has to be cautious if they are going to invest in the project. Latest Answer: DEW is entangled in litigation and all the ongoing projects are stuck.It will take another 5 years for habitation.consider this time frame before investing.

Latest Answer: Hello, this project is called as vatika one that is part of teh township express city in Sec 88A of gurgaon. the area has direct approach to dwarka expressway and the proposed metro station willbe 700 m from this project...more over hero honda chowk and rest of gurgaon is still approachable through the nearby pataudi road, state highways , Nh8 all is nearby.

Latest Answer: Puri construction is having a project called as the Emerald Bay on sector 104... this is being constructed by simplex infrastructures and will be ready to live by November 2017.
