Latest Answer: Supertech has bought this land from Parsvnath.The project is located in almost the center of the sector and is accessed from the road passing through Badshahpur village from Sohna road. The project is yet to receive utility infrastructure like water, sewage and drainage pipelines and is expecting it soon as the work is already in progress by HUDA in the vicinity. Although the developer stated to deliver to the project in the mid fo 2018 but delivery history of Supertech is not that great. Moreover the sector is located in the city outskirts, thus reaching to city level amenities will be difficult for the residents. Sectors 88A, 88B and 89A where the project is located are planned residential sectors as per the master plan Gurgaon, 2031 located along Dwarka Expressway and close to fast growing industrial town, Manesar. These sectors are entirely an open vacant land parcel with no infrastructure in place including the network routes. The developer is currently facing numerous allegations, so investors has to be cautious if they are going to invest in the project.
