GDA's Housing Scheme is good, it fails to impress on some points. The scheme is for flats that are still not ready and will take another 3-4 years before they are ready for possession. According to me, the need for completion certificates of projects at the time of registration has been done away with completely, while submission of deeds of declaration has been made mandatory for those projects sanctioned by the development authority after 2011. While we know that both Completion certificate & Deeds of declaration are very necessary for any residential project.
