I had booked a 3BHK flat in 2007 for Rs 1.5 crore with a promise of delivery in 2009 but the builder has failed to deliver flats or answer our questions pertaining to the delivery of flats. Our family has gone through a financial crisis due to the investment in this project but the builder never bothered to deliver on his promise.

Latest Answer: Thank you for the update Mr. Khan. Yes, I visited the property yesterday. The place seems to be almost ready - roads have been laid, green patch developed, street lights dug, etc. Even the electric panels / lines are being put in place. However, I recently heard a news regarding Unitech having certain dues with the Noida authorities, which they need to clear off before they can start giving possessions. Anyhow, hoping the company doesn't delay this project any further.
