Review of Lodha Meridian Project for luxury apartments
Q: Hello, I heard of an on-going high-end project near Malaysian Township by the Lodha Builders. I hear they are offering one of the best and most luxurious apartments in Hyderabad. Is that true? I am looking to invest in a top-end property like this. Can someone give me further details of this project by Lodha builders in Kukatpally?

Metro rail construction in Kukatpally
Q: I have been doing a lot of research these days about completed and upcoming projects in north-west region of Hyderabad. I see a lot of projects coming up in Kukatpally. But, I’m not sure about the status of the metro construction in the area. Can someone help me with any updates on the metro construction and its impact in the area?

Latest Answer: I agree that metro construction might seem like a bad thing to the current residents who have to jolt through long queues of traffic everyday along the Kukatpally road. But, it is important to look at the bright side, investing in Kukatpally at this time is ideal. If you are planning to invest in a ready to move in property, I suggest you bear the traffic for a year or two more, because the metro-rail would definitely shoot up property prices in Kukatpally. The announcement of the division of state into Telangana is said to have accelerated the metro construction, and will result in an increase in real-estate prices in Kukatpally.

Latest Answer: God awful quality.. 3 lifts for 450 apartments and parking is in a near by project. Well there is no parking for a single car forget two cars..
