I am interested in the project.
Q: I have one query that is whether ground water is polluted because of reddy's laboratory which is just beside this venture.

Latest Answer: Actually water can be polluted because of the laboratory and they didn't promise about manjeera water connection. It is an industrial area and found some chimneys still burning in around. So clarify everything before booking a property in this project.

Latest Answer: Consider talking to residents of Praneeth Pranav Homes and Praneeth Pranav County. Roads are flooded after it rains once and Compound walls collapsed already within few months of construction and Builder does not respond.

Q: Hi All,

I have seen 2 BHK 900sft independent house in beeramguda. It is 2 KM from Beeramguda Kamaan(I mean highway road). The person is quoting 37 Lakhs.. Is it a good deal? Any advice . how the property trend.

The place is very peaceful and is ideal for families to stay at. Elders in the family would have a noise-free environment to look forward to. Schools like Vidya Bharati High School, BHEL Higher Secondary School, Ramachandrapuram Zilla Parishat High School are all around 2 kms from the locality, which is a decent distance for your kids to travel everyday.
