Supertech North Eye is demanding more money by May 28th 2021. Request input from north eye allottees.
Q: Supertech North Eye project is delayed for 10 years, still under construction ,interiors not done. Supertech is demanding 20% of the cost stating superstructure is ready.
I have a studio booking on 26th floor which is incomplete.
Would like to get input from other allottees of North Eye for taking proper steps.

Whom to escalate for the work not getting done in CS6-1206 Capetown
Q: 1. Handle missing in all doors. Alluminium handles mentioned.
2. Lock quality is very poor
3. Name Plate is missing
4. Master Bed-room switch is defective
5. Shippages in master bed-room
6. Gap in the the bathroom-false-roof above window
7. Sliding tower bolt are of steel. Alluminium tower bolt mentioned.
8. Drawing room Floor has not cleaned. Has lots of spots.
9. Kitchen balcony has shippages.
10. PM untraceable
11. White cement filling between the tiles are not done
12. Intercom is not fixed
13. RO is not installed

Latest Answer: Hi Kamal!!!! If your builder has failed to provide you with the promised amenities in your housing society and has not handed over the deed of completion and occupancy certificate to you, you can move the consumer forum for justice despite a delay in filing complaint.

What is frequency of the electricity supply provided to this plot?
Q: Since couple of days we are noticing that the supertech capetown is experiencing problem in supplying regular electricity. As far as supply is concerned the plot next to Capetown i.e. Ajnara is receiving electricity 24X7. Even the slums in between are receiving supply without any fault then is Supertech Capetown are defaulters in paying the bills?

Latest Answer: Hi Suneet, Is it true that construction quality of Supertech Capetown is not good? I recently heard a news somewhere that a 3 month old infant suffered minor injuries after the roof of a flat in Supertech Capetown in Noida collapsed. The owner of flat had brought the property in November 2015 and paid around Rs 50 Lakhs for the unit. Can any one Suggest me that, should I buy a flat in Supertech Capetown or not ?

Beware NRIs - Worst Customer Care service
Q: I have recent received possession letter with final payment notice. Final payment settlement does not include the "Penalty Fee on Supertech" as the possession of my apartment delayed 2 years. I tried to call customer care several times. I wrote back to them 5 times already. Still No Response.
This is the height of ignorance. Next time if they come to Hong Kong with the property show, I am going to give them some serious feedback for their poor management and extremely poor customer service.

Latest Answer: Even I once had an awful experience with a group of developers, they werent very well known though, and cancelled my flat booking then. I decided to do thorough research before investing he next time. I heard of Mahindra lifespaces through a friend and she emphasized on the fact that they have a separate NRI sales team, where they assist them in getting property and with the procedure involved. I havent approached them as yet. But I was checking out their properties and they have some good projects in major cities. I feel like it would be a good choice as its a reputed brand also.

Actual vs Commitment / shown -- NEVER BUY SUPERTECH
Q: Dear All

When we were going to buy the flat they have shown the sample flat and told us that we will get the exactly the same and even they said yes may be there is little difference but would be almost same...we were supposed to get the possession by Oct-2013 but as of today they are saying we will get by Oct-2014 now the issues are

1) Commitment Failure :- We have gone to see the and constructor said we will able to get by December end

2) (Making us fool) We have asked contractor to show us any house which is ready and house shown by him and the material used at that house is VERY much local not even Local i was thinking we have to re-build the complete flat and need to change the complete items. as as sample flat they have shown we will get diamonds fitted and now it is not even stones

we do accept there is diffrence between shown and what we will get and contractor said we can do it for you but you have to pay EXTRA else you will get the same Flat
it is ridiculous

Q: Guyes i have a flat in Supertech capetown which was expected to be deliver in April 2014, recently i have visited the site where their is no progress at all and seems they will not be able to deliver within this year too.
i am concern about the quality and delay in projects,
