“Assured returns” scheme to attract home buyers
Assured returns is what the developers are using as a bridge to attract the property buyers.
This is happening only because the Reserve Bank has put down certain restrictions on developer transactions and norm is intern affecting the home buyers’ credit lines.
Developers have started encouraging “Assured returns” concept in order to draw home buyers attention.
For the home buyers who make almost 90 percent down payments, the assured rental schemes offer rents in the range of 5 to 12 percent of the total investment.
However, it is a fact that every developer considers scope of capital value, location and other such project specific amenities while fixing the final rental deal. The “Assured returns” scheme is a perfect deal for a home buyer only if the property is worth.
