Noida has ample industrial plots
The Noida Authority recently conducted a survey through which the real estate came to the conclusion of having around 17 lakh square feet of land available for commercial purposes in Noida city.
The project engineers came forward taking initiative of this survey to give a workable solution for the banking and nursing sectors.
These sectors has been ordered by the Supreme Court to shift from residential localities.
Only after this survey, the authority has come to the conclusion that there is more than 17 lakh square feet of available for the commercial establishments.
To make better usage of this ample space for the industrial establishments, the project engineers have sent a report to chief town planner (CTP) and architect of the authority.
