Construction pace impact by dwindle labour migration
It is observed that the migration of skilled and unskilled labours from Bihar, Up, Rajasthan are reduced in past few months.
This reduction in labour strength made a deep impact on the speed of construction in major cities.
The short fall of labour strength is due to the upcoming development projects in those states.
To counter the shortfall of skilled labours the builders are providing training program for their in house labours.
With that the use of machinery also increased by the builders to facilitate the activity of construction. However this makes the projects expensive.
