Property registration rates will be revised in Gurgaon
The Haryana Government is planning to increase the property registration rates for the financial year 2012-13. The expected hike in the property registration rate may be around 15%.
The rate of registration cost for the properties in Gurgaon has witnessed several hikes in last one year.
20-33% hike in registration cost was announced on March 2010, which was again increased by 100% on September 30th, 2010.
In March 2011 the registration cost again increased by 20-30%.
According to the official of registration department, this hike is a part of routine revise of property registration price.
