Developers of Mumbai met with BMC chief
A common meeting was held in Bandra with the Municipal Chief and the builders, architects, consultants and the real estate agents to ‘clear the air’ regarding the amended Development Control Rules (DCRs).
The meeting was ended with a hint of strike by the builders .
In the meeting the commissioner asked the builders to submit the revised construction plan for the projects which were not submitted yet.
The commissioner also state that the revised floor space index for apartments in Mumbai is prepared to make the calculation of FSI simple.
However the builders are not satisfied with the comments made by the municipality chief and are planning to go for a strike in the real estate sector.
