Unitech Ltd planned to raise Rs.1100 crore
The real estate giant Unitech Limited planned to raise Rs 1100 crore funds by renting and leasing office space in Gurgaon region.
The company will utilize the amount raised in the construction of projects in Kolkata and NCR.
The fund will help to increase the construction pace of the SEZ projects and the construction of different IT parks as well.
Unitech also considering the the sale opportunity for few of its properties to reduce the debt amount.
Unitech already leased four million sq ft office spaces to different MNCs.
