Demand for office space is high in Bangalore
The real estate market in Bangalore is showing a downward trend for the residential properties. But the scenario is opposite for office places.
Bangalore is recorded highest absorption for office places compared to all major cities.
In the financial year 2011-12, more than 13 million sq ft of office spaces are consumed by different companies in Bangalore.
Apart from Bangalore, higher consumption amount is recorded in NCR with approximately 9 million sq ft.
According to analysts the demand for office spaces in Bangalore are projected to be at 16 million sq ft in current year.
