Armani is shifting from DLF to Genesis
The journey to the real estate funding will continue for Giorgio Armani. Earlier that had a joint venture with DLF.
Now the Armani is closing the deal with DLF and planned to go for a new venture with Genesis Luxury.
The basic investment policy of Armani is into luxurious projects in India. And as DLF is shifting their focus from construction of retail stores of luxurious brands, Armani took the decision of withdrawal the venture.
After the venture deal will be signed, Genesis Luxury will take over the management of the armani stores in India.
The Italian designer firm recently made another venture with Lodha group for the designing of the interiors for their luxurious project in central Mumbai named World Towers.
