New panel to enhance realty project approval process
The union ministry has planned to set up a group of officials to make the approval process faster for the real estate projects in India.
The committee will be headed by the former head of the Competition Commission of India. His main responsibility will be to set up a systematic way through which any developer will get the clearance much faster.
The same procedure will be followed in all the states of India.
The Panel will look into all possible ways to make the process faster.
It was a long term demand from the builders association to make the approval process easier and faster.
