Master plan for Chennai realty!
The Indian cities are rushing to prepare master plan for the overall development in real estate, retail and infrastructural growth of the city.
Similarly, recently the Tamil Nadu government has decided to roll out a master plan looking forward for well infrastructured and planned Chennai city.
Under the guidance of Urban Development Plans Formulation and Implementation (UDPFI) the Tamil Nadu government will be planning and catering the needs of the state for over next 30 years.
The Directorate of Town and Country Planning (DTCP) will be giving the final nod to implement the Chennai Metropolitan Area and regions development.
The project outsourcing work will be headed by Anna University which is specialized in town planning.
