The Elephanta Lane, Sector 10 at Dwarka in Delhi is completely filled with debris and garbage!
Each and every single road at the localities of Delhi have garbage dump on the end of roads.
The footpaths, roads, barren land everywhere one can see dumped garbage and this is the situation residential areas.
It has been recently learnt that the municipality failing to collect garbage at regular intervals has paved way for shoddy maintenance of the locality.
The residents who are fed up of waiting all the way for municipal authorities to collect garbage have started dumping it in the locality itself!
