Tata Realty to focus on Hospitality
Tata Realty and Infrastructure Ltd (TRIL), a pioneer in Indian real estate is now focusing on developing hospitality and senior living projects.
In context with the same, TRIL Infopark Ltd experts say that their company has plans for launching similar projects at Hyderabad , Chennai and Bangalore.
The first project will be launched in Chennai at the end of the current financial year. The company has also announced its plans to develop properties for mid-priced hotels, which will be managed by Taj Hotels.
Office-cum-retail projects will be launched soon in Bangalore and Gurgaon. Tata Reality and Infrastructure Ltd, at present has realty projects worth Rs. 10,000 crore.
