Affordable Housing Schemes soon in Gujrat
The Gujarat Housing Board (GHB) after over 15 years is planning to launch seven residential schemes in four major cities of the state. The plan is to construct 9100 flats in these seven projects. Out of the seven projects, three projects will be launched in Ahmedabad, two in Rajkot and one project each in Surat and Vadodara.
The government has already floated tenders for consultancy services as they are planning to start the projects from the month of June – July.
