CBI investigates on benami flats transactions
CBI is presently concentrating on ‘benami‘ owners of flats and it claimed that a senior politician had involved in those transactions.
According to sources, an intense investigation has been carried on by CBI with regard to the case and certain details have been shared with the Enforcement Directorate to check the money trace into the benami transactions.
CBI is penetrating ‘benami’ transactions relating to 24 of the 103 flats in Adarsh Housing Society.
The name of a senior politician had raised, in the benami transactions of at least two flats but there was no money trail which was hindering the investigations.
The sources said that an additional charge sheet will be filed on benami property transactions within three months.
