HUDA sectors attracting buyers, lacking in basic amenities
The new Haryana Urban Development Authority (HUDA) sectors near the KMP (Kundli-Manesar-Palwal) Expressway are yet to take months to have even the basic civic amenities.
However, several residential projects are coming up in the area, with people already started to shift or waiting to shift in their dream homes.
Of the apartments, Tulip Ace on the main Pataudi Road in Sector 89 has already started handing over possession to the buyers. A total of over 3oo families are expected to settle in that complex by Diwali.
The lack of basic facilities, including quality health services, as well as electricity supply in the vicinity is a serious concern. These issues are to be handled before families start to settle down permanently.
