Prasanthi Group to launch three projects in Bangalore
Prasanthi Group is coming up with three projects in Bangalore. The three projects are – North Park, Narendra Krishna Enclave and N K Park Ville.
Prashanthi North Park spreads over an area of 43 acres and is located close to National Highway-7. It is a competitively priced project which has a grape garden and landscaped open areas with a swimming pool, club house and amphitheatre. The price range would be between Rs. 750 to Rs. 1500 per sq ft.
Narendra Krishna Enclave, on the other hand are priced at Rs. 1200-1500 sq ft, which are likely to be handed over to in the next three months.
The third project, N K Park Ville, is a 15 acre property with 200 villas priced around Rs. 65 Lakhs to Rs. 1 crore. The plot sizes vary from 1500 sq ft to 4000 sq ft.
