Over 20 Indian realtors to participate property exhibition in London
Over 20 real estate developers from India are expected to take part in a property exhibition to be held in London.
The property exhibition aims to bring together high net worth non-resident Indians (NRI) and persons of Indian Origins (PIO) in London to explore investment opportunities in India. The exhibition will be hold by Unesta, a London based property investment company, on October 6-7.
The exhibition will showcase properties from India to the substantial NRI community in London in the asset classes of residential, commercial and warehouse. The organisers hope that it will initiate real estate investment beyond residential properties as it will be showcasing commercial properties such as office space, warehouse, retail spaces, etc.
