Azure Capital to raise Rs 500 cr via realty funds
Through real estate fund that focuses commercial property is suppose to raise up to Rs 500 crore in the top seven cities of India by Azure Capital.
India reality fund II, will be launched by Azure Capital, that will totally focus on commercial properties across the seven cities of India.
The investors will focus on top seven cities such as Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune and Ahmedabad. The company will target investors who have low risk appetite. This will help the income to go double and stable.
India Realty Fund II will be deployed across 10-12 commercial properties with a average size of Rs 25-30 crore and the fund plan will totally rise within 9 months.
