Rental values rise in East Bangalore locality
East Bangalore locality Kaggadasapura have seen rise in rental values in the last one year. The rise in rental values in Kaggadasapura have eclipsed the increase in capital values.
While capital values shot up by 10-15 per cent in the area, the rental values witnessed an escalation of 15-20 per cent during past year.
The high rental is attributed to high accommodation demand coming from the IT professionals working in Bagmane Tech Park. Kaggadasapura also offer comparatively affordable rent than neighbouring Indira Nagar and Old Airport Road.
The average rental values prevailing for 2BHK apartments in the size of 1000 – 1200 sq ft stand at an average Rs 14000 to Rs 15000 per month.
