Yamuna Expressway coming up with 12,000 new flats
The Greater Noida and Yamuna Expressway authorities are promoting a residential area to develop 12000 flats, within a duration of two years. The authorities have already identified the project area and even the layout plan has also been sanctioned.
Greater Noida will be having 7000 flats, while remaining 5000 flats will be developed at Yamuna Expressway. Mu-2 and Sector 10 will be the area to develop project in Greater Noida. And Sector 18 will be allocated in Yamuna Expressway for the project, as per the authority official.
Authorities are serious about the project and their rapidness proves it. It was planned and approved in the month of January and in another 13 days the layout plan will also be sanctioned.
Describing the features of the projects, an official revealed that it will be one-bedroom units with a four storeys. Each block will be fully equipped with modern infrastructure. It includes shopping complex, kiosks, community centre, schools, nursing homes, playground and parks. They also concentrating to maintain the greenery in the area and also providing sufficient space for parking area are to be looked upon. Project plan include garages to individual flat. And painting of the building will not be required.
Expected cost of the project is Rs. 150 crore. And individually those flat will be costing from the range of Rs. 6.5 lakh to Rs. 8 lakh. Specifically, ground floor will cost Rs. 8 lakh and third floor flat will cost Rs. 7.5 lakh, in the Greater Noida project. But in the Yamuna Expressway project, flat in ground floor will cost 6.5 lakh while Rs. 6 lakh will be the expense on third floor flat. As of now, banks are sanctioning loans up to 90 percent of the total price of the flat, but authorities are negotiating with finance to make it 100 percent, as per the official.
