GM Infinity launches E-City Town in Electronic City
GM Infinity has launched another residential project in Electronic city named E-City Town. The project is expected to get completed by mid of 2015.
Spanish theme is the USP to this project which offers 969 units with a choice of Studio apartments, 1, 2 and 3 BHK apartments towering 4 floors above ground across 5 blocks in 11.25 acres land. The built up area of the apartments ranges from 435 sq. ft to 1350 sq ft. The price falls in the bracket of Rs 11 lakh to Rs 34 lakh.
E-City Town is known to be approved by banks like LIC, HDFC, State Bank of India, Axis and ICICI. The project site is quite close to most of the IT companies at Electronic city, Industries at Bommasandra Industrial area and easily accessible to most of the hospitals on Hosur road. There is also a proposed plan for Neo Mall near the project site.
