Shweta launches low price residential gated community project
Shweta developers announced launch of new project –Shweta Aryan at Suchitra Circle, Secunderabad. The residential gated community project will have very economical pricing, the company claimed. The prices are expected to be around Rs 2,499 per sq ft.
The project will have 360 units of both two and three bedrooms. In block A, nearly 80 have been already booked. Construction has been started for block B and C. The area of each flat will range between 1,067 and 1,996 sq ft.
Ashutosh Gupta, project manager of Shweta developers, claims that the project has a good location and the flats have larger areas and have the provision of all facilities, including fire and earthquake safety.
By May 2014, Block A of the project will be completed and block B and C, by September 2015. The total area will be 5 acres and the project will have 10 floors. There are a lot of facilities like indoor games, children’s play area, swimming pool, banquet hall, rain water harvesting pits, 50 reserved spaces for visitors’ carpark, jogging track, amphitheatre, pocket gardens and a super market.
The specifications for indoors include RCC framed structure, light weight brick masonry, vitrified tiles in all the rooms and ceramic tiles in washrooms and kitchen, powder- coated three track aluminum sliding window shutters and concealed copper wiring.
The vicinity of the project has good schools Good Shepherd school, Sherwood Public school, Suchitra Academy, Loyola college as well as entertainment zones like Cine Planet. A metro station is also proposed here.
