Property show to be organized by CREDAI
This year, the exhibition is being organised on national and international level. will be organising ‘Property Show 2014‘ from May 23 to May 25 at Dongre Vasatigruha will be organised by The Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Association of India (CREDAI).
“This exhibition will have information about properties ranging from Rs 15 lakh to Rs 2 crore. Information about flats, duplexes, pent houses, row houses, bungalows, non-agricultural plots, farm houses and agricultural lands will be available. Compared to Mumbai, Pune and Thane, the property rates in Nashik are very reasonable. This exhibition will prove to be very beneficial for those interested in buying homes or plots. “Said talking about the exhibition, CREDAI’s new president Jayesh Thakkar.
The show will be held in air-conditioned domes from 11 am to 9 pm on all the three days with 84 stalls of CREDAI members, besides other builders, financial institutes providing loan and banks. Buying facilities will also be available on the spot.
He said “In the next two years, CREDAI aims to take the Nashik property exhibition throughout the country and abroad. This is the first year of achieving this endeavour,”
He will be addressing the contractors on the first two days and builders on the last day.A seminar on building safety will be organised by expert Shyam Tamhankar, who will address the audience on all three days.
