Japanese industrial zone in Gujarat to kick start soon
Modi’s manifesto had emphasis on industrialisation, infrastructure and rural and urban development. In line with that, the first project of Japanese Industrial Zone will take off in Modi’s home state Gujarat very soon.
Vithalapur, located about 95 kilometers north-west of Ahmedabad city will be transformed into a high tech city very soon and will show its presence in the map. Gujarat’s exclusive Japanese industrial estate will be launched in the first week of June when Mitsubishi Aluminium (MA) Company’s first manufacturing unit’s foundation stone will be laid in this location.
This exclusive Japanese cluster that is located in a region in north Gujarat, will change the landscape of the entire region and the industry experts are expecting it to transform into ‘’mini Japan’’. Mitsubishi Aluminum Co, through its Indian subsidiary MA Extrusion India Private Ltd, will be setting up the first industrial unit very soon which will create employment for the youth of this backward area.
Rs 4,000-crore Maruti Suzuki car manufacturing plant at Hansalpur is also located very close to this exclusive Japanese cluster which will only house Japanese firms. This area will see a huge socio- economic growth in the coming years- ‘’Good times are here’’.
