Real estate developers have recently started to witness better and brighter days. This is primarily because the buyers are cheerful and enthusiastic after the Modi government has taken office from the 26th of May at the Centre. This has happened after many months of property transactions which were not very conspicuous.

Ashok Tyagi, chief financial officer of DLF said during a conference call after the results of the 4th quarter that quite a number of changes are being noticed in the sentiments and will take some time to convert the optimism into demands.

A famous Delhi based developer named Parsvnath is hoping for some good improvement in the realty market itself. In one of its earning presentations, the company mentioned that in several of the geographies the volume of sales will continue at a medium pace.

Pradeep Jain, chairman of the Parsvnath Developers has mentioned after declaring the results that after the new government has come to power, those buyers who have been waiting and watching for a long period of time will now come to action. There is also hope that realty prices are going to increase in the next half of this year.
