Affordable and cheap homes
The industrial belts of Sriperumbudur and Oragadam have recently been converted real estate markets for those who cannot who do not have enough to spend on houses closer to the city of Chennai. There are several residential projects here and the ones responsible for this are the factories which exist in abundance and the well developed infrastructure which is found here.
In Oragadam, Padappai, Sriperumbudur, there are enormous township projects which have already been established. The developments which have been plotted are also gaining traction. The factories here are very much interested in helping all their employees buy houses which are close by since this will divide the costs spent in transporting workers in the company buses. There are many workers who live here too.
Since the prices of land at Chennai tend to be cheaper, it is now possible to buy a house that is independent or even semi independent with a plot of land which is small along with a terrace which costs about 20 to 25 lakhs. Since there are several multinational companies coming up soon in the Sriperumbudur belt, there has quite a demand for homes that are low in price. This has caused Arun Excello to built “compact homes” which consists of apartments without any kind of frills.
