Multi Level parking project to be neglected for a month
According to reliable sources, Botanical Garden Metro Station which happens to be a multi level parking project shall be neglected for another month. There are about 23 storeys here and the officials have said mentioned that the technical and financial bids shall be finalised by Monday. Unfortunately, there are only two bids which have been received so far.
The date for receiving the bids has been extended till the 30th of June. This is because the requirement in order to make the bid successfully complete needs around 3 applicants. The estimate of the project costs a lot of money with a total of 7,388 vehicles. Once the construction is completely over, the facility should be complete within a period of 3 years.
The building which is about 70 metres in height spreads of about 19,500 square metres and shall have a total of 13 floors dedicated to it for commercial purposes. This includes retail as well as office space. The area which is left shall be used for parking all the vehicles. SC Mishra who happens to be the project engineer of Noida Work Circle 2 has mentioned that there are sanctions already given from the IIT of Delhi. They shall be semi automatic, take up ten floors along with two basements as well.
