Bharat Biotech pulled up for neglecting project
Bharat Biotech which is based in Hyderabad has been pulled up by the Odisha Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation because of its lack of initiatives to begin with the procedure of construction on the project of the biotech park.
Even though land had been leased in the month of November of last year to the developer, there is hardly any trace of construction activity at the project itself. This has infuriated the Odisha Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation which happens to be the nodal agency of the state for the matter of possessing land and infrastructure development.
The bio-tech pharma IT Park which had been developed by Bharat Biotech Industrial Ltd based in the city of Hyderabad on around land located at Andharua at the outskirts of the city. This should be about 65 acres. Bharat Biotech has however failed to take up any sort of development on the site. This also includes an event of default by the company.
Because of the bad and inattentive attitude of the company while developing the project, there has been quite a lot of disappointment seen at IDCO. Therefore there is an urge for personal intervention so that the milestones can be met.
