Kolkata: Merlin group launching another premium project – ‘Legacy’
Kolkata-based reputed real estate player Merlin group has recently announced that is has plans underway for a new premium residential project in the city. The new project to be launched by Merlin Group will be called ‘Legacy;’ and it will be the developer’s fourth upscale project, after its highly successful Deblok, Regency and Regent projects.
According to the details shared by Merlin Group, the new ‘Legacy’ project will be launched on a 72 cottah land at Paddapukur in central Kolkata. The project will boast a world-class design and prudent utilization of space.
There will be two towers comprising the Merlin Legacy project. Each of the towers will have B+G+11 floors; and will be attractively interspersed by 70 percent lush green open spaces. The towers will house 2BHK and 3BHK apartments with personal sky terrace as well as penthouses.
As per Merlin Group’s Managing Director Sushil Mohta, the size of the Legacy residential units will range from 941sq ft to 1,875 sq ft. All the units will be well-ventilated and well-lit, and will be open on two sides at least.
Noting that Merlin Legacy will be a plush residential project boasting a spacious air-conditioned community hall, adequately-equipped gym, children’s play area, and indoor games room offering billiards and table tennis, Mohta said: “We are investing time and money in the project, overseeing every detail meticulously, with the hope that Legacy will turn out to be an iconic building.”
