Tata’s new project Arabella to come up in Gurgaon
The Tata Housing Development Company has launched a new high end luxury villa project which will be located on the Sohna Road in Sector 14 Gurgaon. The design of this project will be done by the architects Perkins Eastman, USA. Arabella will be built across an approximate land measure of 135 acres and will be offering 150 villas in the four and five BHK variants.
The company plans to invest Rs 600 crore over the next four years to develop this gated community. The four BHK villas will be available in sizes between 280 sq yards and 540 sq yards and five BHK ones will be 710 sq yards. Prices will start from Rs 2.99 crore and go up to Rs 8.3 crore. The company states that the projects will be completed by the end of 2017.
A Harikesh who is the senior vice president of marketing and sales in Tata Housing Development Company believes that there is a definite increase in the demand for ultra luxury housing and it is emerging as one of the chief vibrant and dynamic real state segments in India. People want luxury houses these days with extra facilities.
