Tallest residential tower to come up in Bangalore
The Golden Gate Properties which is a leading property developer in the south has announced about the launch of its new project Presidential Tower in Yeshwantpur, Bangalore. The project which will be built at 50 storeys and 151 metres high will be the tallest residential tower in Bangalore, as stated by the developers.
It is located in the hub of Yeshwantpur which is in close proximity to the outer ring road as well as the World Trade Centre, Orion mall, Star hotels, world class healthcare, prominent schools, colleges and a metro rail station. The principal concept of the architects for the project is Llewellyn Davis of UK.
The pride of the project is a 20,000 sq ft skypark at the 50th level, which will be boasting amenities like infinity pool, children’s fun pool, dance floor, health club, gym, meditation park and outdoor decks. In addition, the campus will also have a 60,000 sq ft clubhouse on the ground. The Presidential Tower will provide to the elite of Bangalore with the ultimate premium lifestyle experience, a statement from the company said. The commencing of the project has yet not been announced.
