Wave Infratech unveils Club51, Belleville Park, luxury project in Noida
A new ultra-luxurious residential project has recently been unveiled at Sector 25A, Noida, by Wave Infratech – one of the prominent real estate developers in the country. The new project – called Club51, Belleville Park – is chiefly aimed at potential buyers with high net worth.
At the newly-unveiled Club51, Belleville Park, Wave Infratech will offer a limited edition of 51 plush villas; the size of which will range from between 300 sq yards and 500 sq yards. The built-up area of the villas will range from 6,500 sq ft to 10,000 sq ft. The cost of the Club51 villas is currently available only on request.
The villas comprising the upscale Club51 residential have been designed by UK-based Atkins — one of the foremost design, engineering and project management consultancies in the world.
Revealing that the construction of the Club51 villas will begin in September 2014, Wave Infratech’s Executive Director Amar Sinha said that the company will start handing over the possession of the villas in 30 months.
Noting that Club51 residential project will be linked to the ‘Wave City Centre’ lifestyle destination for work, shopping and entertainment, Sinha said: “Club51 at Belleville Park, our limited edition project, will redefine the concept of luxurious living. For a limited period, we will also reward customers with BMW cars on booking.”
